Company History

Getting Legal started in 2007 and in 2011 converted from a Closed Corporation to a Private Company. The Company focuses on assisting small and medium enterprises, especially black owned, to get their businesses compliant and to ensure their continued existence.

The Managing Director, Leonie Pretorius, graduated from the University of South Africa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and has attended Stanford University’s Program in Foresight and Innovation. Leonie has over ten years of extensive experience in various fields ranging from Labour Relations, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Payroll Facilitation, BBBEE, Skills Development and Training. She has been a speaker at various conferences focusing on Private and Public Sector relationships and Legal aspects pertaining to these relationships. Leonie has been involved in various projects focusing on contributing to the National Skills Development Strategy.

Getting Legal’s Operations Team will assist organisations in the fields of Labour Relations; Legislation Compliance; Payroll and HR Services; Skills Development and Training, with our clients best interest as our main focus in delivering service of the highest standards at affordable prices.
